At Flash Market, we ensure that every product and service meets quality standards. Our warranty policy provides additional assurance and support in case of product or service issues, subject to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Scope of Warranty

 

This policy covers products and services sold through www.flashmarket.in, across all categories including new, open-box, refurbished, pre-owned devices, and repair services.

 

2. Warranty Coverage by Product Type

 

a. Brand-New Products

  • Covered under manufacturer warranty as mentioned on the product page.
  • Flash Market facilitates warranty claims, but final decision lies with the brand/manufacturer.

 

b. Refurbished & Open-Box Products

  • Warranty offered directly by Flash Market or authorized refurbishing partner.
  • Duration varies: typically 3 to 12 months, clearly mentioned on product page.
  • Covers: hardware malfunctions, functional issues not caused by user misuse.
  • Does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, wear and tear, unauthorized repairs.

 

c. Pre-Owned Products

  • Warranty is provided selectively, based on the seller and product condition.
  • Typically ranges from 0 to 6 months, as listed at time of purchase.

 

3. Repair & Service Warranties

 

a. Service Package Warranty

  • Every repair or upgrade service comes with a service-specific warranty (e.g., 3 or 6 months).
  • Covers re-occurrence of the same issue for which service was performed.

 

b. Spare Part Warranty

  • If a spare part (e.g., screen, battery) is installed, it carries its own separate warranty.
  • In case both service and spare are used:
    • Spare part warranty takes precedence.
  • If spare is unused or rejected during service:
    • Only the service package warranty applies.

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Initiate a Claim: Raise a request via “My Orders” or “My Services” section with a description and photos/videos if applicable.
  2. Inspection & Diagnosis: Our team or authorized technician will review and inspect the issue.
  3. Resolution: Based on eligibility, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (in rare cases). Warranty claims are not guaranteed if user-caused damage is found.

 

5. Exclusions

 

Warranty is void in the following cases:

  • Any damage due to misuse, negligence, drops, pressure, water, or electrical surge.
  • Unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Expired warranty period.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
  • Software, data loss, or accessories not originally included.

 

6. Proof of Warranty

  • Warranty is tied to your order ID and device serial/IMEI number.
  • Physical invoice or digital copy must be retained and presented during claims.

 

7. Warranty Transferability

  • Warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser and registered user of the product or service.

 

8. Disputes & Final Authority

  • In case of disagreement regarding eligibility, Flash Market reserves the right to make the final determination after internal review.
  • For escalation, users may contact the grievance officer with full documentation.
