1. Overview
At Flash Market, we strive to ensure that our customers receive quality products that meet expectations. However, in case of dissatisfaction, we have a transparent returns and refund policy designed to protect our customers’ interests while maintaining operational fairness.
2. Return Eligibility
a. Products Eligible for Return
- Items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or significantly not as described.
- Items received in incorrect variants or quantities.
- Products eligible under our warranty coverage, if return is necessary.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Open-box or refurbished products unless they are damaged or non-functional upon arrival.
- Software licenses, downloadable products, and digital goods.
- Products explicitly marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
- Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.
3. Return Window
- New Products: Within 7 days of delivery.
- Open-box/Refurbished Products: Within 3 days of delivery.
- Repair Services: Return not applicable. Re-service under warranty will be provided instead.
4. Return Process
- Initiate Return: Log in to your account and request a return under ‘My Orders’ with a valid reason and image/video proof.
- Approval & Pickup: Our team will verify the request. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled.
- Inspection: Once the product reaches our facility, it undergoes a quality check.
- Refund Approval: Refund is initiated upon successful inspection.
5. Refund Process
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.
- Timeline: Typically processed within 5-7 business days after product verification.
- Refund Deduction (If Applicable):
- Pre-shipping cancellation: Rs. 250 or 5% of order value, whichever is higher.
- Post-shipping cancellation/return: Rs. 500 or 10% of order value, whichever is higher, to cover logistics and handling.
6. Partial Refunds and Deductions
- Refunds may be partial if:
- Product shows signs of use or is returned incomplete.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
- Deductions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available only for the same product (replacement) in case of delivery of a defective or incorrect item.
- Exchange is subject to availability.
8. Service Refunds
- If a spare part is not used during a repair service, the unused spare amount will be refunded post verification.
- No refund is applicable for services rendered successfully.
